  • Public API for accessing monitoring data

Acceptable Use​

You May:​

  • Access our public data for research
  • Use our API within your rate limits
  • Cite our research with attribution
  • Build tools using our open source code

You May Not:​

  • Misrepresent our data or findings
  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt our infrastructure
  • Resell our data without permission
  • Use automated access to bypass rate limits

API Usage​

Rate Limits​

  • Free tier: 1,000 calls/month
  • Research tier: 50,000 calls/month
  • Professional tier: 100,000 calls/month

Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension.

API Keys​

  • Keep your API keys secure
  • Don't share keys publicly
  • Regenerate keys if compromised
  • One account per person/organization

Data and Research​

Our Data​

  • AI monitoring data is provided "as is"
  • We strive for accuracy but don't guarantee it
  • Data may change as we improve methodology
  • Historical data may be corrected

Attribution​

When citing GPTfake data:

  • Credit "GPTfake" as the source
  • Link to our methodology when appropriate
  • Don't misrepresent our findings

Open Source​

Our open source tools are provided under MIT license:

  • Use them freely
  • Contribute improvements
  • Don't misrepresent origin

Disclaimers​

  • Services provided "as is"
  • No guarantee of accuracy or availability
  • Not liable for decisions based on our data
  • We may modify or discontinue services

Limitation of Liability​

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (for paid services). We're not liable for indirect damages.

Changes to Terms​

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced.

Termination​

We may terminate access for:

  • Terms violations
  • Abusive behavior
  • Non-payment (for paid services)
