1. About GPTfake

GPTfake is an independent, non-commercial research project that monitors, logs, and analyzes publicly accessible outputs from large language models (LLMs). The service is intended for educational, journalistic, academic, and research purposes only.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.).

2. Use of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site — including charts, comparisons, model responses, and analytical findings — is published for transparency, academic research, public interest, and commentary.

You may:

View and cite content for non-commercial use
Reference findings in journalism or academic work
Share public reports with proper attribution

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of our dataset or analysis without written permission
Misrepresent our content or repackage it without context
Use GPTfake outputs to create derivative works that falsely imply affiliation with any AI vendor

3. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers

We do not claim ownership over any responses generated by third-party AI models. All AI-generated content remains subject to the respective providers’ terms of use.

However, all analysis, formatting, comparative work, visualizations, commentary, metadata collection, and methodology are the intellectual property of GPTfake.

GPTfake disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated responses captured or displayed. These outputs are shown as-is, for research purposes, and do not reflect the views of GPTfake or its contributors.

4. No Warranties

The GPTfake platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees about:

Accuracy or reliability of any data shown
Continuity or uptime of our platform
Future availability or completeness of third-party model responses

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time, without notice.

All prompts sent to AI systems are predefined by us; users cannot upload or submit prompts directly.
